This event is a get together for those struggling with their Mental Health. This group is still fairly new and evolving to better fit what members would benefit from as a collective. We understand that not all sessions may be right for everyone so we ask that you give us at least a few sessions to be able to see if this group is helpful/supportive for you 😊 If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to approach the organisers to discuss. No question or idea is silly or unimportant 😊 Please feel free to share this with people outside of MeetUp if you feel they are in need of some support 😊 Looking forward to meeting you 🫂❤️ This event is in the gallery/function room at the back of the venue.
