Café Theatre goes live on air this Christmas!

Tune in for a very special live broadcast, created and performed by the members of Café Theatre. For this Christmas sharing, the Clifford Room becomes a radio studio as the group brings a lively mix of comedy, drama, poetry, storytelling, music, original writing and live sound effects to air. Watch the performers create their very own radio show live in the room, as presenters introduce the programme, characters come to life and everyday objects become unexpected sound effects. With a collection of short pieces rather than one conventional play, there’s plenty of variety – and because it’s live, you never quite know what might happen next! Come along, settle in and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of live radio theatre, created by Café Theatre’s brilliant 60+ performers. This is a relaxed afternoon sharing.
