Soundtrack & Sketch - Halloween Edition

A relaxed Sunday afternoon of drawing, creating and listening-soundtracked by some of cinema’s most distinctive musical worlds. For this special Halloween edition, we’re stepping into the wonderfully strange, spooky and magical worlds of Edward Scissorhands, Coraline, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, Hocus Pocus, Beetlejuice, The Addams Family, Wednesday and more. Soundtrack & Sketch is a monthly creative listening session at 12 Bar, with each edition exploring a different cinematic theme through carefully selected songs, scores and soundtracks. Themes span everything from Studio Ghibli to Wes Anderson, with each month bringing a completely different musical world. The idea is simple: Bring a sketchbook Pick up one of our themed colouring pages Bring something you’re already working on Or simply grab a drink, find a seat and listen We’ll have colouring materials and specially created pages available, so you don’t need to bring anything. There’s no pressure to be “good” at drawing. It isn’t a workshop and there are no rules-just a room full of people making things, listening to brilliant music and spending a Sunday afternoon together. Presented by 12 Bar Music & Social. This is an 18+ event
