The International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella UK Quarterfinal (ICCA 2027)

If you loved Pitch Perfect, then you’ll love the real thing! The world’s biggest a cappella singing competition is coming to Exeter Northcott Theatre, bringing over 100 university performers together in a spectacular night of live music, tight harmonies, incredible vocals, and spellbinding choreography. The International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) served as the inspiration for the Pitch Perfect films, and now you can experience the real thing live, as talented vocalists from across the UK bring their best performances to impress a panel of highly qualified judges. Whoever wins will advance through the competition, battling against the world’s top singers in New York City, and ultimately being crowned World Champions of A Cappella. Expect show-stopping performances of songs you know and love, jaw-dropping vocal arrangements, and maybe even a few laughs along the way – all without a single musical instrument. The Varsity Vocals ICCA is a premiere tournament dedicated to showcasing the art of student a cappella singing and providing top-notch a cappella groups with valuable feedback from our highly qualified judges. Our young vocalists have the opportunity to share their talent with an international audience, develop relationships with each other, and cultivate the art of a cappella singing as well as a lifelong love of music.
